Random thoughts... An experiment for me to improve my very meager journaling skills. It was much easier to design the page than to add valuable content. Between the page design and the playlist, I had a lot of fun collecting songs and would love to customize the design more. I can say with absolute honesty that I am rarely bored. My mind does not have an off switch, maybe a pause button, but I can breathe deeply and enjoy the moment, and I do often. I have concluded that my brain was sewn in backwards, it explains so much of my difficulty expressing myself verbally.
Each day I have gratitude and humility for all I have.
