Chicken n Dumplings

We love the Chicken n Dumplings at Cracker Barrel, but since we don't get to go there very often, since they don't exist in Cali!!! we asked Grandma to come over and show us how it's done.  We found out, Grandma cheats and uses Bisquick, there's a recipe on the side of the box.  However, she DID boil chicken and made the stock, so that is the more important ingredient anyway, we'll let her slide this time.

Grandma says "add dumplings one at a time, don't let them stick together in a big lump, and keep the broth in a rolling boil"

The verdict is...definitely delicious!
