Bridge to Nowhere

The guys had a great hiking adventure on Saturday, along with Jaren and Nate. There were about half of the boys that were originally planned for, so we had lots of breakfast burritos for Father's Day, which was a very good thing!

The other morning we heard a kerfuffle in the dog's yard, and went out to investigate. Ed was so proud of himself for catching the wild game right there in his own yard. "Look Dad, don't you think I am the BEST DOG EVER?"

Sometimes I hurt. A lot. But I would never post that on the Internet.

Oh wait, too late. The only reason I am posting that is because I want you to know, that I know you hurt sometimes, a lot. I daydream and distract and escape, but somtimes you just have to feel it and be human. I have peace through it all. Thank you Heavenly Father.
