Spanish Tortilla
One of our favorite Sunday dishes is Doug's specialty, Spanish Tortilla. He learned to make tortilla in Espana, and in Espana they do not use ketchup on it. I had to stop everyone to have Doug take a picture before it was gone.

This is about right, but we don't usually use the onions. Next time, though!
Hey!! did you know I went to Spain on my mission too? I learned to make those too!!!!!!! YUM!!
