Guild of St. George Early Music Ensemble

Wednesday evening I was surprised at our EME rehearsal to learn yet another song. We have several works in progress and need a lot of polishing on those. Thomas Ravenscroft's "A Round of Three Country Dances in One" was one I had not heard, and not too difficult to learn. The words are very old English and sound silly, I mean REALLY silly, but as always, I like the education. (Compared to rap, hip hop and pop, I suppose they aren't any more ridiculous). The four parts will sound really good after a couple more rehearsals.
