At Logan's school, the kids were reminded to wear patriotic clothes and remember. At Trevor's High School, they had a rally which was unusual for a Thursday, so he thought it would be in memory of 9/11. There was no moment of silence. It was a rally, just a regular celebratory rally. He was astounded. Mrs. Rutherford, the choir director, as well as most of the choir members, felt the same, and in her class they held their own moment of silence and proceeded to the ASB area to sing the National Anthem for the school. Last year the chamber choir (of which Trevor is a member) traveled to NYC and were especially impressed by Ground Zero. Thank the Lord for competent teachers who stand up for what is right, and for the courageous students who also did!
